Not everyone will need this, but if the data you plan to share with us contains personal information covered by data protection law, we will ask you to sign an agreement like this first. If you are not sure, you might find it useful to sign up to one of our online training sessions.

Data deposit agreement (version 1 – DPA)
Everyone sharing data with us will sign a data deposit agreement. This version is for institutions that have signed a separate data processing agreement covering any personal information included in the data sent to us. We will go through the three annexes to the agreement with you as part of the onboarding process.
