- Invitation to the presentation ceremony and luncheon for the conferring of Freeman of the Borough on Thomas Leo Duffy. The invitation is on white card with gilded edges and features the Rugby crest at the top with the motto 'Floreat Rugbia'. It is printed in blue and reads:
'Presentation of the Honorary Freedom of the Borough to Thomas Leo Duffy, Esq., Town Clerk. the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the Borough of Rugby cordially invite Councillor Mrs. P.M. Hill and Mr. J. A. - A framed and mounted sepia photograph of James William Kenning, the first librarian of Rugby Public Library, 1890-1918. It was purchased by The Library Committee. He is a white haired gentleman with a beard which has been trimmed to a point at the bottom. He was responsible for starting the Co-Operative Society in Rugby in 1862, operating initially from the Eagle Hotel then opened a shop in North Street. It has a flat brown wooden frame with a gold insert and a brown card mount. There is a metal plaque under the photograph, screwed on to the frame, which is engraved with the subject's name and details.

- Menu from a dinner held by the Borough of Rugby for Councillor and Mrs. J. Stretton on the occasion of their retirement from the offices of Mayor and Mayoress of the Borough of Rugby 1960-1961. The dinner was hosted by the then Mayor, A.E.P Page on May 26th, 1961. The menu is printed on white card in blue print, with gilded edges. It bears the Rugby crest on the front with the motto 'Floreat Rugbia'. The toasts were to the Queen, the Councillor and his wife, the Borough of Rugby, and the guests. The National Anthem was also to be sung. Handwritten on the back of the card in blue ink is: 'Stretton, Robotham, Gee and Press'.
