Keighley & Craven Building Society, established in the 19th century (?1852?) was absorbed by Provincial Building Society in August 1966, which today exists as Santander. Taylor, Law & Co were a metal parts manufacturer based in Birmingham, founded in 1899.

- Single sheet of paper printed on both sides with information about a forthcoming exhibition to be held by Craven Naturalists and Scientific Association at the Science and Art Schools in Skipton, in September 1949. Details of the displays are given on the reverse side, with the names of members in charge of each - Dr Raistrick, Mr W.M. Mason of Airton, Mr Frankland of Skipton, Mr Metcalfe of Skipton, Mr Mitchell of Bingley, Mr Edmondson of Embsay, Mr Pilkington of Barnoldswick, Mr Mashiter of Skipton, Mr Holmes of Carleton, Mr Midgley, Mr Bailey of Skipton, Mr Byron Lord of Earby, and Mr Antill of Skipton. The exhibition manager is named as W.W. Holgate of Earby. The notice has been folded over and glued back at the bottom and top, by about 2cm.
