It contains the place setting card for Special Sgt D Mitchell. The evening's entertainment included Billy Butler & Sam Norman (Heavy-Weight Champions of Comedy), Doris Moody (Soprano) and Percy Glover on piano. The presentations were made by Lt.-Col. Geoffrey C White OBE.

- A framed page of newspaper, plans and photos compiled under the heading of 'Opening of Rugby Free Library February 7th 1891'. The article discusses the opening ceremony with speeches by Rev C. Elsee (the first library chairman), Mr R.H Wood (Benefactor) and Dr Percival. It mentions some cases of birds from Newbold Revel and a Wenham Gas lamp which was presented by James Kenning. It states that the building was previously a school run by Rev T.L Bloxam, brother of Matthew. It had a small swimming baths and a fives court at the rear of the building. The three images are of the late R.H Wood, the late Rev C. Elsee and Mr W.I Tait, secretary of the first Rugby Institute (these obviously post date the article). One plan shows the building in 1890 when a school, the second shows the alterations made in 1905 and the third shows the alterations made in 1915.

- A framed pencil drawing of Samuel Jefferey's Coal Merchants at Brownsover Wharf. One of a pair (2009.23) which were produced as advertisements for the company. Both were displayed at the UDC Offices in the High Street. The view is of the site with its buildings, canal, boats, railway lines and many horse-drawn carriages. Unsigned. Dated between 1855-1869. A large mounted drawing, glazed, with a wide green and copper-coloured wooden frame. There is a label on the back giving details.
