- Top bar: Gold coloured metal buckle bar. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in light blue, fading to green. Ribbon device: Gold coloured metal buckle bar. Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal buckle bar. Hanging device: Gold coloured metal set square, beneath which is attached the 47th proposition of Euclid, also in gold coloured metal. The device is on a circular disc of metal foil which a glass front, and framed by a double border in gold coloured metal, the outer edge being deep engraved with foliage design. Surmounting the device is a foliage design in gold coloured metal and relief. There is a presentation inscription on the reverse. Pin: Missing.
