Brief description:
Top bar: Gold plated silver bar with three tags, infilled with dark blue enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER' and a gold star on each tag. The bar is surmounted by a pair of wings in gold plated silver. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in light blue, fading to green. Hanging device: Oval shaped panel of gold plated silver painted in colour enamel with the Rock of Gibraltar and pinned to a frame of foliage in gold plated silver with banners above and below. The banners are infilled with white and dark blue enamel, with painted pink shading and text painted in black reading 'UNITED SERVICES / GIBRALTAR / LODGE No. 3813'. The frame is completed at the top with the coat of arms of Gibraltar in enamel, being a red shield painted with a castle and a key. Pin: Vertical.
