- Top bar: Gold rod with a decorative design at each end, about which is entwined a gold banner, gold and infilled with white enamel with text reading 'ROYAL VICTORIA'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in dark red. Ribbon device: Banner with scrolling ends, in gold and infilled with white enamel with text reading '1916-1917'. Bottom bar: Gold rod with a decorative design at each end, about which is entwined a gold banner, gold and infilled with white enamel with text reading 'No. 358'. First hanging device: Coat of arms of Bermuda being a gold shield painted in colour enamel with a heraldic lion holding a shield which bears a sinking ship, all on a white and green background. Behind the shield are the Sceptres of the three principals of Royal Arch Freemasonry, in gold and relief: to the left a sceptre with an All-seeing eye at its top, to the right a sceptre with a bishop's mitre at its top, and below a sceptre with an eastern crown. Second hanging device: Eastern crown on a triangle, both in gold. They are on and within a circular band of matt gold with polished trim, which contains behind the triangle a sunburst. There is a presentation inscription on the reverse. Pin: Vertical.
