Brief description:
Copper coloured metal medal. On the obverse is a relief set square and compass enclosing the letter 'G'. On the reverse central to the design is relief text reading 'CHARTER / MEMBER / OCT. 21ST / 1902'. Above and below the text are two relief five-pointed stars. Encircling the central design is relief text reading 'OLYMPIA LODGE No. 864, A. F. & A. M. / CHICAGO.'.
