Top bar: Gold plated silver metal bar with zig-zag and ridge design that is infilled with red and dark blue enamel. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk with a diamond shape design of dark blue and red. Hanging device: The Roman numeral 'C' (100) in gold coloured metal and infilled with red enamel, entwined with a two figure of eight knot design, infilled with light blue enamel, and within a worm oroborus (snake biting its own tail) infilled with dark blue enamel. The design is within a Seal of Solomon (six pointed) in gold plated silver metal, with a roundel of red enamel bearing text 'FOREST GATE CHAPTER No. 4153 / 1907'. Pin: Vertical.
