- Cast and engraved silver coloured metal plate jewel. Obverse central to the design is a sun. Below there is a level with a set square in front of it. To the left of the sun is a gavel and a moon and to the right is a trowel. Surrounding this is a compass with a star at the top with a crown above and a section of a circle at the bottom. There is a hanging loop at the top. The design is mirrored on the reverse.
