Brief description:
Silver gilt pierced and engraved metal plate jewel. Obverse, central to the design is a set square, a level and a plumb rule, surrounded by a rayed sun. The plumb rule is inset at the bottom with clear paste. There is a hanging loop at the top and the reverse is blank.
