Banner in light blue satin with a narrow gold bullion fringe on three sides, painted with a central design of St. Alban enthroned in a pulpit (painted as if in stone), with laurel growing on each side and a perfect ashlar below. Above and below the design are forked ended banners painted in red, white and black with text reading 'No. 32 / ALBANI SEMPER FIDELIS' (trans. 'Alban always faithful').
