Brief description:
A small Vinolia novelty soap in the form of a 'two faced' man. The soap is stamped 'Vinolia' on the back, 'Smile' at the top, and 'Down' at the bottom. These soaps were produced by Levers around 1960, and a picture in the Port Sunlight News magazine from September 1960 shows that one such set was given as a gift by The Port Sunlight boys club footballers on an exchange trip to Germany. This particular soap was given to the donor as a gift for baby sitting in Bath St Port Sunlight.
