- This map of Dalston, Hackney and Stoke Newington originally stood next to public toilets in Kingsland Passage until the toilets were renovated in 1996. The key locations are marked by lightbulbs operated by press buttons along the base of the case. The map frame has been used to display adverts for local businesses, such as May's Beauty Salon on Dalston Lane, and Pink Lady ladieswear on Stoke Newington Road.
