Top bar: Gold rectangle, surmounted by stylised foliage, with ' 1870 TO 1900 ' in relief. Ribbon: Light blue ribbed and watered silk, now faded to green. Ribbon device: Gold spiralled banner with ' ACACIA / LODGE / No. 1314 ' in white enamel letters. Bottom bar: Gold cast in the form of two branches of acacia. Hanging device: Gold Set square and compasses, engraved with foliage, mounted upon which are two silver crossed quills. Surmounting these is a shield with the arms of Canterbury - gold lion of England on red enamel ground above three black choughs on gold - impaling those of Kent - white horse invicta on a red ground.
