At the centre of the banner is a gold plated silver panel with a sword in relief and a foliage design above and below. Surmounting the device is a Pythagorean star (five pointed) in gold plated silver. Hanging device: Shaped panel of gold plated silver attached to the top bar by three chains. The centre of the panel is infilled with white enamel with a painted image of St. Leonard holding a palm branch.
