Brief description:
Apron: Cream leather apron with a border of light blue watered silk with a light blue silk backing. On the front the apron has a triangular flap, also in cream leather, with a border of light blue watered silk. The flap has two tassels in light blue watered silk ended with a silver coloured metal bar with relief foliage motifs and silver coloured metal ball and chain tassel ends. There are three silver coloured metal levels, two sewn to the apron and one to the flap each with foliage motifs. The apron has a belt of woven light blue silk and a silver coloured metal buckle in the form of a two-headed snake. Collar: Light blue ribbed and watered silk collar with a line of silver lace running down the centre and light blue ribbed and watered silk backing. A double line of silver braid runs down the front of the collar which frames at the centre a roundel in cast silver with a chequerboard design. Jewel: Suspended from the bottom of the collar is a Past Master's device in silver metal, being a set square with continuous border of acacia, below which is suspended the 47th proposition of Euclid, also in silver metal and with a continuous border of acacia.
