Cast gold coloured metal jewel in the form of a pair of compasses on a sector, surrounding a set square, a sun, a moon and a pair of crossed quills all of which are inset with pink brilliants. There is a pin on the back. The box is in red leatherette with a hinged lid, with a blue velvet and silk interior. Inside the lid in gold lettering are the maker’s details, being 'C. WEEDEN & SONS / COMPLETE / MASONIC FURNISHER / 2, RYDON CRESCENT / CLERKENWELL / LONDON. E.C.'.
