Top bar: Gold plated silver bar infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Beneath the bar is a pointed curling foliage motif, from which is suspended a gold plated silver Past Master's device, being a set square with the 47th proposition of Euclid suspended below. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in light blue, fading to green. Hanging device: Gold plated silver oval painted with a coloured enamel image of Albert Bridge, London at sunset. It is framed by gold plated silver foliage. Above and below it are two banners in gold plated silver, both infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading 'CONSECRATED 1921 / SLOANE / LODGE / No. 4333'. Surmounting the device is a Pythagorean star (five pointed) in gold plated silver. Pin: Vertical.
