The poster is a spoof film advert, ‘Users are Losers’, ‘Starring b. A. Loser & A. No-Hoper’. Today soldiers undergo compulsory drug testing, despite the use of illegal drugs being less common amongst soldiers than civilians. Any soldier found using illegal drugs is dishonourably discharged from the Army.
