Brief description:
Gold coloured metal hanging loop with two hanging devices. First hanging device: Bar in matt gold with a central disc of dark blue enamel with text reading 'W.M.' Each side of the disc is text in matt polished relief reading '1885 / 1886' within a polished trim. Second hanging device: Gold set square and compass framing a face and with an engraved foliage design, with a gold All-seeing eye with clear gemstone above. They are on a disc of translucent dark blue enamel, beneath a watch glass front and framed within a matt gold roundel, with text in polished relief reading 'BANK OF ENGLAND LODGE / No. 263'. A gold foliage design surmounts the device and there is a presentation inscription on the reverse.
