- Top bar: Pink and white enamelled strip, marked ' No. 1488 ' in gilt, surmounted by silver gilt crenellation. Ribbon: Light blue ribbed and watered silk. Ribbon device: Gold set square and compasses. Hanging device: Silver gilt, pediment with blue enamelled cornice, marked ' ST. ELETH LODGE ' in gilt. This is supported by two Corinthian pillars, between the bases of which are a blue plinth, marked ' JUBILEE ', and a white scroll with ' 1874-1924 ' in gilt.
