Hanging device: Pythagorean star (five pointed) in gold plated silver and with a central, oval shaped disc painted in colour enamel with a rural scene (Snowdonia National Park). The star is framed by three banners in gold plated silver and infilled with dark blue enamel with text reading 'MOELWYN / LODGE / No. 3669' and at the base of the device is a shield painted in colour enamel with the Welsh dragon.
