First hanging device: Gold plated silver disc with a painted enamel image at the centre of a watermill. The disc has a border of orange-red enamel with text reading 'CARADON LODGE No. 8543 / BENEFICENS NOLI TIMERE'. Second hanging device: Gold plated silver set square, matt with a foliage design in relief and a polished trim, beneath which is suspended the 47th proposition of Euclid, also in gold plated silver and with foliage design border.
