- Cassia Lodge No. 273, Ardmore, Pennsylvania was founded in 1853. In 1987 it merged with Mount Horeb-Phoenix Lodge No. 432 and now works under the name Cassia Mount Horeb Lodge No. 273. The reverse of this medal has been left blank for an inscription.
