- GET SELF-ISOLATION SUPPORT IF YOU LIVE IN THE SQUARE MILE OR HACKNEY City & Hackney Public Health are offering extra supporting for people who need to self-isolate in July and August, such as: Care package with PCR test Free hotel accommodation Regular support calls Support to claim £500 self-isolation grant if eligible FREE SUPPORT As soon as your or someone in you household has a positive test result. Call 020 8356 3111 and press option 3. KEEP LONDON SAFE Hackney NHS LET'S GET OUT LIVES BACK AGAIN If your rapid test is positive 1 Self-isolate immediately. Your household must also self-isolate for 10 days. 2 Get a PCR test within 2 days to confirm the result.
