Brief description:
Gold coloured metal medal. On the obverse central to the design is a relief depiction of a chequered pavement with a column surmounted by a globe on each side. Above this is a relief letter 'G' enclosed within a set square and compass. Encircling the bottom half of the design are an ear of corn and a sprig of laurel. On the reverse central to the design is relief text reading 'LAKE LODGE A. F. & A. M. No. 215 G. R. C. / AMELIASBURGH ONT.'.
