Top bar: Silver coloured metal bar cast in the form of foliage. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue, faded to green. Ribbon device: Silver coloured metal bar cast in the form of foliage. Bottom bar: Silver coloured metal bar cast in the form of foliage. Hanging device: Silver coloured metal relief image of St. George on horseback slaying the dragon, pinned to a Pythagorean (five pointed) star in gold coloured metal. All this is pinned to a circular band of gold coloured metal, infilled with light blue enamel and with text reading 'JANUARY 1762 1862 CENTENARY / 112'. Pin: Vertical.

Comments:
St. George's Lodge, No. 112 is one of a small number to have a non-standard centenary jewel. Prior to the mid 1860s lodges produced unofficial jewels for centenaries and those with existing jewels were allowed to continue them as a concession when a standard form was made compulsory.
