Brief description:
Silver coloured metal medal. On the obverse central to the design is a relief depiction of a letter 'G' enclosed within a set square and compass. On each side of this is the reverse date '19 / 91'. Above and beneath the central design is relief text reading 'FRED E. ALLEN / GRAND MASTER'. On the reverse central to the design is a relief depiction of the Grand Lodge of Texas. Encircling this is relief text reading 'MASONIC GRAND LODGE OF TEXAS 1837-1991'.
