Top bar: Gold coloured metal rectangular bar with a scrolled and floral decoration. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in dark green. Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal rectangular bar with a scrolled and floral decoration. Hanging device: Gold plated silver seven pointed rayed star, at the centre of which is a green enamelled circle with two crossed swords in gold plated silver over a white enamel triangle with two inner triangles outlined in gold plated silver. At the top of the star is an gold pated silver Eastern crown. The whole device is mounted on a circular gold plated silver frame of thistles tied at the base with a ribbon. Pin: Vertical.
