Top bar: Banner in gold plated silver, with foliage design ends, infilled with dark blue enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in dark red. Ribbon device: Past Zerubbabel's device being an eastern crown, on a triangle and on sunburst, all in gold plated silver. Hanging device: Seal of Solomon (six pointed) in gold plated silver, at the centre of which is a disc, infilled with red enamel and with a gold Triple Tau design. Around with the disc is a circular band of dark blue enamel with text reading 'FAITHFUL CHAPTER / No. 85'. Pin: Vertical.
