Brief description:
Clammy death diving helmet from Second World War era, made by Dunlop. Helmet is made from black rubber, and ear recess on each side with 2 canvas securing straps above and below. On the front is a hinged viewing port window which is secured by nuts all around. A metal re-breather inlet and valve is attached below.
