Ribbon device: Gold coloured metal bar, in the form of a buckle, with engraved foliage designs. Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal bar with engraved foliage designs. Hanging device: Eastern crown on a triangle, and on a sunburst, all in gold coloured metal. The design is framed within a circular band of matt gold coloured metal, with polished trim and text in polished relief reading 'SINCERITY / CHAPTER / 174'. There is a presentation inscription on the reverse. Pin: Missing.
