Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal rectangular bar with a scrolled and floral decoration. Hanging device: Gold plated silver triangle superimposed over a saltire cross with an Eastern crown above. There is a trowel in the centre of the triangle and from this is suspended a set square and compasses over a section of a circle. Pin: Vertical.
