Brief description:
Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue, tied to form a bow. Hanging device: Silver coloured metal oval shaped jewel, with an image in relief of Justice with her scales standing with seven stars beneath an arch. The arch is composed of pillars and a brick arch bearing the number'2563' and a set square on the keystone. Justice stands on a chequered pavement and a sun and moon is to the left and right of the arch. The image is framed by a wreath of foliage in relief, with ribbons entwined above and a banner below with engraved text reading 'JUSTICIA'. Pin: Horizontal.
