Top bar: Gold plated silver bar infilled with white enamel and with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Hanging below the bar is a gold plated silver foliage design partially infilled with dark blue enamel, from which is suspended a Deacon's device in gold plated silver consisting of a dove with an olive branch in its mouth. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Hanging device: Gold plated silver metal circular dome painted with a depiction of St. Mary's church, Ware. It is framed by a garter infilled with red enamel and with text reading 'WARE / LODGE / No. 3002'. The garter is surmounted by a stag in silver coloured metal. This is all pinned to a gold plated silver metal shaped plaque infilled with light blue enamel and with gold leaves around the edges. Pin: Horizontal.
