The woman on the right appears to be the town mayor, due to the garment around her neck. She is presenting a trophy to the woman on the left of the photograph, who is in fancy dress costume. There is a man stood behind the two women, in the centre of the photograph. He is wearing a dark coloured shirt and has a 'Santa Claus' hat on.
