Colour photograph of the Live Aid concert held in Whitehall Recreation Ground in Rugby on August 28th 1985. The concert raised £5,000 for Live Aid and was attended by over 1,000 people. The sixteen bands who played were: In the Outback, Blue Mag, Idiom, Timezone, Passport, Dave West, Nightflight, Meantime, Twilights, InVogue, Oasis, Room 101, Firebrand, Steve Cartwright, Shaper and Racing Snakes. A band is playing on stage. One person is leaning on the wooden fencing, they are wearing a white Live Aid Rugby shirt. A second person is standing beside them. There is a TSB Bank banner.
