Brief description:
Apron pouch in black velvet with light blue satin lining and corded gold trim on the edges. On the lip of the pouch is embroidered in gold a monogram consisting of the letters 'W' and 'H' entwined. Below on the main body of the pouch, obverse side, is embroidered in gold a five pointed star flanked by a crossed trowel and gavel on the left and crossed keys on the right. On the reverse of the pouch is embroidered in gold a level with a compass on the left and a square on the right. All the symbols on the pouch are surrounded by a gold embroidered decorative pattern with polka dot detail.
