Top bar: Gold plated silver buckle bar with engraved foliage design. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in crimson. Ribbon device: Gold plated silver bar in the form of a buckle, with engraved foliage design. Bottom bar: Gold plated silver buckle bar with engraved foliage design. Hanging device: A globe with grid, tilted on its axis in gold plated silver and pinned at the centre of a Pythagorean star (five pointed) in gold plated silver and infilled with light blue enamel. The design is within a circular banner in gold plated silver and infilled with red enamel, with text reading 'GLOBE / LODGE / CONSTITUTED / 1723', with foliage design. Pin: Vertical.

Comments:
Globe Lodge is one of a small number to have a non-standard centenary jewel. Prior to the mid 1860s lodges produced unofficial jewels for centenaries and those with existing jewels were allowed to continue them as a concession when a standard form was made compulsory.
