Light coloured wood; won by donor, then Miss Dora Gray, at the Children's Eisteddfod held in Manchester in 1883; back with pointed top edge; carved with 2 shields containing Prince of Wales feathers, and cut out leek in centre; metal plaque below with "GOREU ARV ARV DYSG EISTEDDVOD Y PLANT MANCEINION MAWRTH 31ain 1883"; flat topped arms; solid seat; 4 square legs.
