Ribbon device: Banner with forked ends in gold plated silver and infilled with dark blue enamel, with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Suspended from the banner is the Organist's device being a lyre in gold plated silver, on a triangle, also in gold plated silver and infilled with dark blue enamel. Hanging device: Disc of gold plated silver painted with a forest scene and framed by a band of dark blue enamel with text reading 'NEW FOREST CHAPTER / No. 319'. The disc is at the centre of a six pointed star in gold plated silver, partially infilled with white enamel, and engraved with foliage border. Pin: Vertical.
