A framed pencil drawing of Rugby High Street (looking towards Rugby School) by Joseph Pike, 1929. It is signed. One of a series of sketches which appeared in a book, 'Rugby, A Series of Pencil Sketches by Joseph Pike', published by A & C Black of London in 1930. The introduction is by H.C Bradby who was an assistant master at Rugby School from 1892-1929. Framed, mounted and glazed. It has a brown wooden frame with beaded decoration and wide mount.
