Top bar: Gold plated silver bar surmounted by curling foliage and infilled with dark blue enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in light blue, faded to green. Ribbon device: Director of Ceremonies device in gold plated silver consisting of crossed rods tied with ribbon. Hanging device: St. George on horseback slaying the dragon in gold plated silver and in relief. He is encircled by a band of gold plated silver infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading 'LANESBOROUGH LODGE No. 3029'. The device is embellished with foliage and scroll motifs in gold plated silver. Pin: Vertical.
