Brief description:
Top bar: Gold plated silver bar in the form of foliage. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Ribbon device: Gold plated silver bar in the form of a buckle and with deep engraved foliage design. Bottom bar: Gold plated silver and consisting of two curl motifs. Hanging device: Gold plated silver disc with an iridescent surface. Set on the surface is a gold plated silver lyre with an All-seeing eye above and a laurel wreath below, both painted on the surface. Over the disc is a watch glass front and it is framed by a band of gold plated silver infilled with blue enamel and with text reading 'LODGE OF PEACE & HARMONY / No. 60'. Surmounting the device is a gold plated silver banner, with forked ends and engraved text reading 1738 / CENTENARY / 1838', and with a foliage hanging ring. Pin: Vertical.

Comments:
Lodge of Peace and Harmony is one of a small number to have a non-standard centenary jewel. Prior to the mid 1860s lodges produced unofficial jewels for centenaries and those with existing jewels were allowed to continue them as a concession when a standard form was made compulsory.
