Brief description:
Collar in watered silk in three vertical stripes of light blue, crimson and dark blue. The collar has a dark blue silk backing. A double line of gold braid runs down the front of the collar, which frames at the centre a roundel in woven gold and with a chequerboard design. Gilt coloured metal collar jewel of a Grand Scribe E, being two crossed quills tied by a ribbon, laid on a triangular frame with polished rims and a matt interior, this laid on a circular frame with polished rims and a matt interior with text around the top reading 'CEYLON'.
