- A framed black and white photograph of Rev Charles Elsee, MA. He was the first chairman of the Public Library Committee, 1890-1912. Framed, mounted and glazed. It has a plain wooden frame with a gilt inner section. On the frame is a small metal plaque, engraved with his name etc.
