Queen Mary’s Army Auxiliary Corps Christmas Dinner menu, 1918. This menu was for a mess dinner for the Queen Mary’s women at Camp No 4 of the British Expeditionary Force in France. As well as roast beef, turkey and goose, the meal included Quevilly soup, a local dish from Le Petit Quevilly in upper Normandy.
