Top bar: Gold plated silver bar, surmounted by a design of stylisd foliage, and infilled with white enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in red Ribbon device: Scribe's device being crossed quills on a triangle, in gold plated silver. Hanging device: Oval curved panel in gold plated silver and painted in colour enamel with a scene of the River Euphrates, with palm trees in the foreground. The panel is contained within a Seal of Solomon (six pointed, two interlocking triangles), in gold plated silver and alternate points infilled with dark blue and red enamel. The whole is framed by two banners, in gold plated silver and infilled with white and dark blue enamel with text reading 'EUPHRATES / CHAPTER / No. / 212'. Pin: Horizontal.
