- Top bar: Silver gilt foliage beneath two blue enamelled scrolls which read ' LODGE MAYO ' and 'No. 1413 E.C. ' in gilt. Ribbon: Light blue ribbed fabric, now faded to green. Hanging device: Silver gilt enamelled shield bearing the arms of Lord Mayo, 6th Earl of Mayo - gold quartered by a red George cross, red lion rampant on ermine in 1 and red hand of Ulster on ermine in 2. The shield is mounted upon a silver gilt set square and compasses, engraved with foliage. Pin: Vertical.
